The current Android app works offline: your app content stays on your device. Support emails and website connection information are handled separately, as explained below.
1. What Luvnora offers
Luvnora is an entertainment app for adults aged 18 and over. Profiles, images, stories and conversation partners depict fictional adult characters. Replies use authored dialogue and game rules. The map is an illustrated browsing interface; it does not locate real people or measure their distance from you. Personal feed notes and comments are private and are not published to other users.
2. Information processed on your device
The app stores your chosen nickname and profile image to personalize your local profile; language, appearance and filters to remember your choices; and character follows and blocks, conversations, drafts, remembered preferences, story progress, game answers, saved posts, likes, private comments and personal feed notes to make those features work and let you continue later. These records remain in app-private storage. Your device language helps select a supported interface language. The app does not request GPS location, contacts, microphone or camera access.
3. Collection and sharing
This version has no account registration, application server, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or runtime model service. It has no Android internet permission and does not send your app content to the developer or other users. We do not sell app content. Selecting a photo uses the system photo picker. Importing or exporting uses the system document picker and the destination you choose.
4. Photos, exports and external services
Selecting a profile image uses Android’s system photo picker; Luvnora copies the image you select into app-private storage, without requesting access to your entire photo library. Import and export use Android’s document picker. An exported JSON archive can include your nickname, conversations, remembered preferences, personal notes, settings and interaction history. Luvnora does not encrypt that archive. You choose its destination. A cloud storage provider, email app or other destination you select handles the file under its own terms. These user-directed actions are separate from automatic app transmission. Opening website or email links launches your browser or email app. Exported copies remain outside Luvnora after you clear or uninstall the app.
5. Local retention and deletion
Local app data is kept until you delete the relevant item, use Clear all in settings, clear Android app storage, or uninstall the app. Clear all removes the app database, settings and copied profile photos. You can also delete conversations and personal notes, remove a profile photo and manage remembered preferences. The app is configured to exclude its private data from Android cloud backup and device-to-device extraction; platform and manufacturer behavior can vary. We do not keep a server copy or offer account recovery. Delete exported archives separately in every destination or cloud service where you saved them. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete files on your device.
6. Security
App content is stored in Android app-private storage protected by the device operating system. The app does not add a separate passcode or claim end-to-end encryption. Anyone who can use an unlocked device may be able to access the app. Protect exported archives and your device lock credentials.
7. Adults and content feedback
Luvnora is not directed to children and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Characters are fictional adults. Do not enter sensitive personal information. If you see inappropriate or unsafe content, contact the developer using the support contact provided on Google Play. You may hide a post or block a character while the issue is reviewed. This app is not an emergency, medical or crisis support service.
8. Support email and privacy requests
If you email rameshwar62028@gmail.com, we and our email service provider process your email address, any sender name, message, attachments and device details you choose to provide. We use this information to answer support or privacy requests, review content reports, handle follow-up and protect the service against abuse. We do not receive your local app database merely because you contact us. Avoid sending full chat archives or sensitive details unless they are necessary for your request. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable legal or security obligations, and you can ask us to delete information we hold, subject to those obligations.
9. Visits to this website
This policy also covers our support website. It is a static website without advertising trackers, visitor analytics, third-party embedded media or analytics cookies. Serving a website necessarily involves network connection information. The hosting or network provider may process your IP address, browser or device information, requested URL and access time to deliver pages, maintain security and prevent abuse, under its service terms. Website access logs are separate from the app’s local conversations. Their retention depends on the hosting service and security or legal needs; they are not used by us for advertising profiles.
10. Service providers and legal disclosures
App content is not automatically transferred to us or third-party SDKs by this version. Support correspondence may be handled by our email provider, and website connection information by our hosting and network providers. These providers may process information in countries different from yours under their service arrangements and applicable law. We may disclose information we actually hold, such as support correspondence, when legally required or necessary to address fraud, abuse or security incidents. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we have no server access to your local conversations to disclose.
11. Your choices and applicable rights
Use the app’s controls to manage or delete information stored on your device. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal information we hold through support contact or website operation. Send requests to rameshwar62028@gmail.com with the subject Luvnora privacy request. We may request proportionate information to verify a request and will handle it as required by applicable law. Where available, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority. Luvnora has no registration or server account, so there is no server account to close; the local deletion controls described above are the appropriate way to remove app data.

13. Policy changes
We update this policy when our practices or the app change and display the effective date on this page. A future account system, advertising or analytics SDK, network model service or real-user communication feature would require a fresh assessment and updated disclosures before that behavior is introduced. This policy describes the current offline version, not those possible future services.
